Now accepting clients ages 10+

Hi! I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker, and have been a therapist in the North Central West Virginia region since 2018. As a therapist, my goal is to create a space where you’re able to show up as authentically as possible without the fear of judgment. From there, the real work begins.

The majority of my time as a therapist has been helping adolescents and young adults navigate that (sometimes awkward) transition between childhood and adulthood. I specialize in working with those experiencing traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviors, as well as those navigating the perinatal and postpartum phases of life. I tailor my approach to your specific needs (and comfort level), but most often use EMDR, ACT, and DBT.

When I’m not in therapist mode, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching the same sitcoms on repeat, and running long distances very slowly.

Now accepting clients ages 2+

Welcome! I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker and graduated from WVU with my MSW in 2021. Much of my work since graduation has been serving as a school-based therapist in a local high school, working with teens between the ages of 13-19 adjust to the changing demands of adolescence - from navigating relationships, peer pressures, risky behaviors, and increasing responsibilities, I’ve provided a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to feel like they’re being heard, respected, and encouraged.

This has extended into my work in private practice, as my work has grown to include people of all ages. I’m trained in PCIT, EMDR, and perinatal mental health, and also frequently use CBT and DBT in my sessions. My goal is to help everyone that comes through my doors to develop resources, realize strengths, and build the resilience needed to overcome barriers and reach their goals.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, rooting for everything WVU, and building LEGOs.
